Shipping Policy
$10 flat rate with complimentary delivery on orders over $200.
There are two delivery options to choose from, Regular Post or Express Post.
Please note, free shipping is always sent with Regular Post, if you require Express shipping please select this at checkout.
Express Post is $15 flat rate. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
Deliveries have an approximate delivery time of 1-10 business days depending on your location. East coast metro areas are usually delivered between 1-5 days, all other areas will be delivered up to 10 days after processing.

Return & Exchange Policy
General Returns Process
To process a return please email info@iandlthreads.com.au within 14 days of order being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item back in its original packaging or any other suitable packaging to get it back safely.

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, refunds can only be made once item has been returned and received.
Made to Order
Made to order pieces are also eligible for returns as per above. The one exception would be if you had requested specific customization to be made to your piece. eg. Hem shortened/lengthened etc then unfortunately refunds are not accepted.
Customization
Custom-made garments with specific requests for changes to patterns, lengths, widths, hems, fabrics etc for both core and Made to Order items are ineligible for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the person who placed the order, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. This process can take a few days, so please be patient.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. If you wish to make an exchange (eg. change size/colour), simply follow the returns process and then start a fresh order for your new choice of garment size/colour.
Faulty Goods
Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Items damaged as a result of regular wear and tear or improper laundering are not considered faulty. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for exchange of the exact product style and size that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, we are sorry to hear this please email us at info@iandlthreads.com.au as soon as possible, so we can look into the issue.
